Processing Time
Upon successful order placement, verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging are conducted within 24-48 hours before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the estimated duration from when an order leaves our warehouse until it reaches the final destination. Our logistics partner, Shiprocket, facilitates order deliveries across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: 3-4 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: 5-7 business days
Please note that shipping times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 restrictions, festivals, extreme weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. We do not guarantee delivery timelines and are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Shiprocket does not provide pickup services on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day, i.e., the following Monday, subject to operational feasibility and availability of courier services. Dispatch timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and Penshelf (Parviksha Trading Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be held liable for any delays beyond its control.
Shipping Charges
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 49/- applies to all prepaid orders.
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 99/- applies to all Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders.

Delivery Address & Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted at the logistics provider’s discretion. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment’s progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Compensation or replacement requests will be subject to verification and approval at our discretion.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We offer Shipping only in India.
