Returns
At Penshelf (Parviksha Trading Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to provide high-quality stationery products. In the unfortunate event that you need to return a product, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
You must raise a request to return your order within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. In case of failure to raise a complaint within 7 days, the return request will not be accepted.

While raising a return request, keep the following handy for a smooth approval process. Please check the Return/Refund policy in detail mentioned below. Section 1
Your order ID and the Pin Code of your delivery address.
Photos/Videos of the items in the same condition that you received them.
Any product which has been used or hampered with will not be approved for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
COD orders once placed and confirmed cannot be canceled post-dispatch.
Reverse Pick-Up
If your return is accepted, we provide a free reverse pick-up in case of the following:
– You received a defective/damaged product
– You received the wrong products
In case of return due to any other reasons, a reverse pickup charge of Rs.50/- would be applicable.
We will pickup the product after approval from our end within 2-3 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also kindly click a photo or shoot a video of the same.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Customized, personalized, or consumable items (Ink) are not eligible for return/Exchange, except in cases of transit damage. The Exchange should be requested within Three (3) days of the product delivery. Any request post that will not be accepted. Once the exchange request is approved, it will be delivered in two (2) to three (3) business days,
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, we will take 15 to 18 business days to have the amount credited through the same payment method.
In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, upon approval of your return request, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details where the refund amount will be credited within 15 to 18 business days.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- You must initiate a return request within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- Any request made after this period shall not be entertained.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed condition of the package, the unpacking process, and any defects or damage is mandatory for processing the return request (See Section 3).
- Non-returnable items: Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
2. Return Request Process
To raise a return request, contact our support team at support@penshelf.com with the following details:
- Order ID and delivery address Pin Code.
- Photos/Videos of the product in the same condition as received.
- A detailed description of the issue.
Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Reverse Pick-Up and Return Charges
- A free reverse pickup will be arranged if:
- The product received is defective/damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- For returns due to any other reasons, a reverse pickup charge of INR 50/- shall be applicable.
- The pickup shall be arranged within two (2) to three (3) business days upon approval of the return request.
4. Verification and Timeline
- Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect and verify its condition within three (3) business days.
- A refund or credit shall only be processed upon successful verification that the item meets our return policy and terms.
- The entire return process, including verification, will be completed within six (6) business days from the date we receive the returned item.
5. Refunds and Replacements
- Approved returns are eligible for either a refund or a replacement, based on the customer’s preference.
- Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) business days from approval.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you for your bank account or UPI details, and the refund shall be credited within fifteen (15) to eighteen (18) business days.
- If a replacement is requested, the new product will be dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days upon approval.
6. Exclusions
- Customized, personalized, or consumable items (Ink) are not eligible for return, except in cases of transit damage.
- Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, the final decision shall rest with Penshelf (Parviksha Trading Pvt. Ltd.).
- All return-related claims must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of the return request.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Penshelf (Parviksha Trading Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be liable for damages arising due to mishandling, misuse, or improper storage of the product by the customer.
- Any claims regarding product quality or performance shall be subject to our warranty terms provided by the brand, if applicable.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
