1. The Gift Card is issued by Pen Shelf : Elegance Redefined and may be redeemed only on this store for eligible products.
2. It is valid for one year from the purchase date. The exact expiry date appears in the delivery email and WooCommerce coupon record.
3. The code is for one-time redemption in a single order. Where the eligible order value is lower than the card value, any unused amount will not carry forward.
4. The Gift Card cannot be combined with another coupon, promotional code or gift card in the same order.
5. Shipping, handling, cash-on-delivery and other applicable charges remain payable and are not waived by the Gift Card.
6. The Gift Card cannot be used to buy another gift card and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account or redeemed outside this store, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Treat the code like cash. The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping it confidential. Contact support promptly if the email was sent to an incorrect address or the code is suspected to be compromised.
8. Gift-card purchases cannot normally be cancelled or refunded after a valid code has been issued, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery attributable to the store, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
9. Returns for products bought using a Gift Card are governed by the store return and refund policy. Any approved value attributable to the Gift Card may be restored or reissued as store credit rather than paid in cash.
10. Orders remain subject to stock availability, product restrictions, verification checks, the store terms of use and all applicable laws.
11. The store may suspend or cancel a Gift Card reasonably suspected of fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised resale or misuse, while preserving lawful consumer remedies.
12. Recipient information is used to deliver and administer the Gift Card in accordance with the store privacy policy published at https://penshelf.com/privacy-policy/. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the gift message.
13. A system outage does not extend the validity automatically; however, the store will consider a reasonable remedy where redemption was prevented by a verified store-side technical failure close to expiry.
14. These terms will be interpreted under applicable Indian law. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
