Product Description

Capture the quiet beauty and untamed energy of winter with the Esterbrook Estie Regular Premium Edition Fountain Pen – Avalanche GT. Designed for writers and collectors who appreciate expressive materials, this limited-run Estie is crafted from hand-blended DiamondCast resin featuring swirling shades of white frost, silver, turquoise and copper.

The DiamondCast material is infused with real diamond particles, creating remarkable depth, shimmer and luminosity as the pen moves under the light. Because the material is individually blended and poured, the pattern and distribution of colours vary naturally, making every Avalanche GT visually unique.

Warm gold-plated trims provide an elegant contrast against the pen’s cool alpine colour palette. The sculpted Estie profile feels refined yet comfortable, while the balanced regular-size body can be used with the cap unposted or posted according to the writer’s preference.

At the heart of the pen is a German-made JoWo #6 stainless-steel nib, selected for dependable ink flow and smooth everyday performance. The interchangeable Estie nib unit also allows compatible Estie nib units to be changed when the writer wishes to explore a different line width or writing style.

The Avalanche GT uses a versatile cartridge-converter filling system, allowing it to be used with compatible international ink cartridges or bottled fountain pen ink through the included converter. Esterbrook’s Cushion Cap system uses a spring-loaded inner cap to create a secondary seal around the nib, helping reduce ink evaporation and keeping the pen ready for the next writing session.

Available in Medium, the Esterbrook Estie Avalanche GT can be selected for everything from compact everyday handwriting to broad, expressive lettering.

The pen is accompanied by a distinctive red plaid and camouflage fabric pouch with a lanyard-style tie. Inspired by rugged winter equipment, the special pouch complements the Avalanche theme while providing a practical way to carry and protect the pen.

Whether selected as a personal writing instrument, a collectible limited edition or a memorable gift, the Esterbrook Estie Avalanche GT brings together American-inspired design, distinctive material craftsmanship and a highly customisable writing experience.

Why Choose the Esterbrook Estie Avalanche GT?

A Distinctive DiamondCast Finish

The pen’s resin combines white, silver, turquoise and copper with real diamond particles. This creates a shimmering surface with changing visual depth rather than a flat printed pattern.

Every Pen Has Its Own Pattern

The DiamondCast material is custom blended and poured. Natural differences in colour placement and swirling mean that the pen received may vary slightly from the product photographs.

Cushion Cap Protection

The spring-loaded Cushion Cap inner seal helps protect the nib from drying during periods between writing sessions, improving everyday reliability.

Flexible Cartridge-Converter Filling

Use a convenient compatible cartridge while travelling or install the included converter to explore bottled fountain pen inks at home.

Made for Collectors and Writers

Its limited-run status, distinctive material and special presentation make the Avalanche GT appealing to collectors, while its balanced Estie design and JoWo nib make it practical for regular writing.
