Inspired by the familiar yellow-and-black Noris pencil, the Digital Jumbo combines STAEDTLER’s traditional pencil design with electromagnetic resonance, or EMR, technology. The result is a digital writing instrument intended to make writing on a compatible tablet, smartphone or notebook feel closer to using a conventional pencil on paper.

Turn the pencil around.

The soft digital eraser at the opposite end lets compatible applications treat the back of the stylus much like a traditional pencil eraser.

The Noris Digital Jumbo takes a different approach.

STAEDTLER retained the familiar character of its traditional pencil and gave the Digital Jumbo an ergonomic triangular shape designed to create a natural writing and drawing experience.

Its compact Jumbo proportions provide a fuller grip than the slim Noris Digital Classic.

At approximately 140 mm long, it is deliberately shorter and thicker than the classic version.

That makes it especially appealing to people who prefer a more substantial writing instrument in the hand.

The Noris Digital Jumbo supports 4,096 pressure levels on compatible devices.

That means the stylus can respond to changes in writing pressure.

Press lightly and a compatible application can produce a lighter or narrower stroke.

Increase the pressure and the line can become stronger or broader.
